the material for teaching is is use the book that import from UK (for English subject). it has 2 book. 1 book for student and 1 book for teacher. other learning sources is computer & projector that has on every classes.

Measurement and Evaluation System
One way of evaluation the students is classroom evaluation that done by teacher for every subject. Every teacher has 1 book for evaluation. Teacher usually evaluate everything in classroom. Such as student's performence, student's work, and student's attendance. In Prathom class, where I observed and teach, teacher of English subject strictly evaluate student's writing, spelling and pronounciation. before start the class, teacher usually review student's vocabulary by test them with dictation technique.
Another assessment are school assesment that conducted by the educational institution, and national assessment that conducted in order to assess learners’ quality at national level, based on the learning standards prescribed in the Basic Education Core Curriculum.

Curriculum
Teeratada Phitsanulok School use the adjust curiculum that based on the curriculum of ministry of education of Thailand that is basic education core curriculum 2008. Teeratada Phitsanulok school focus on the using of English language in the teaching learning process, and has integrated subject.

Teaching Plan (English subject)
Below is the example of lesson plan that use for English subject:

PEDAGOGICAL CONTENTS

Teaching Methods
On my first day came to Teeratada Phitsanulok school, the principal of the school gave my 1 mentor teacher, Teacher Adel, she is Philiphino and she teach on Mathayom.
unfortunatelly I was placed to teach in Prathom class, so I can't alwyas observed teacher Adel class. But I did sometime, if i have no class.
In Prathom, my cooperating teacher was Teacher Petch. She is the head of English teacher in Prathom. She teach grammar. Based on my observation, the teaching method that she used is GTM (Grammar Translation Method) and focused on review student's writing, spelling and speaking. Teacher Petch strictly review student's spelling and she did it on every occasion. I ever helped her to review student's vocabulary test, and I found some student's still had error on their spelling, because of that English teacher in this school had to focus and strictly review student's spelling.

Learning Materials and Innovation
In English subject, teachers use materials based on Basic core curriculum, syllabus, and English Grammar Books that written by Jennifer Seidl. Teacher usually use that book for evaluate students work. For the innovation material, teacher usually use internet.

Sources of Learning and Technology
The picture above is the contents of English grammar book that used by students Prathom 4 (grade 4). Almost the contents on that book are excercises and a little material. Teacher usually explain a little bit material and a lot of activities for students so that the communicative classroom can be achieved. Sometime teacher use Quizezz aplication for student's homework, so that the technology in teaching-learning process can be used.

Authentic Assessment
Based on my observation, authentic assesment for the students in Prathom was done by several ways. Such as spelling games, public speaking, and find-and retell words.

TEACHING PLAN
Curriculum
Teeratada Phitsanulok School use the adjust curiculum that based on the curriculum of ministry of education of Thailand that is basic education core curriculum 2008. Teeratada Phitsanulok school focus on the using of English language in the teaching learning process, and has integrated subject. On my teaching practice, teacher Petch lend me her teacher's grammar book and let me to took material from that book so that it match with the curriculum that used by Teeratada Phitsanulok School.

Teaching Plan (English subject)
Before teaching, I made my lesson plan and discussed it with my mentor Teacher Adel, and my cooperation teacher, Teacher Petch.
Below is my lesson plan that I used for my final demo teaching:

                        OBSERVATION ON TEACHER(S)

Planning for Teaching
I had a chance to observe some English teacher in Teeratada Phitsanulok School. But mostly, I followed Teacher Petch. Before Teacher Petch come to the class, she always make sure that she already prepared everything. She bring a bucket that filled of her stationary for teaching. She has lesson plan that already made long time before her class.

Preparing Lessons and Materials
Teacher Petch always start her class with a spelling game. She ask all of her students to stand up and she begin to say a word than student had a competition to try to spell that word. The one who fastest and answer correctly can sit down. This method of game, can improve students motivation in learning English.

Teaching in Class
Teacher Petch has a very good skills in controlling her students. Sometime he did punish students if students outrageous. In deliver her material, teacher Petch always use a story and relate it to students daily life. Students enjoy her class.

Measurement and Evaluation
In every meeting, Teacher Petch always collect student's work and record it on her score book. The evaluation such as: vocabulary test, exercices  on grammar book, and sometime public speaking where student perform in front of class.

TEACHING PRACTICE

Procedures of Teaching

I always start my class with praying and after that checked students attendance. after that I gave warm up with asked them some question. My material;for example Can for ability, I asked them some questions such as: "what is/are your hobby(s)?" "what is/are that?" "what you can do?" what you can't do?"
after that I explain the material. And after that I did my assesment with game, group work, and individual work. Before end of my class, I ask students to summerize the whole lesson that we already learn.

Time Management and Organizing Activities
My class was for 2 period of class. Which is 1 period is 50 minutes. So I got 100 minutes in total. It enough for me to do warm up activities, teaching phase (explain material, evaluation) and closing phase.

Problem-solving
My biggest problem was nervous. I was really nervous on my 1st teaching. I'm afraid students can't answer my question, because almost step on my lesson plan was about communicate with students. But fortunatelly, in Teeratada Phitsanulok School, students get used to using English. They can communicate with English language very well and they can answer my question very well. Even when I asked questions they were competing to answer it.

Classroom Management
Teaching in Prathom (elementary) it is all about classroom management. Students usually speak loud and couldn't stay still. Fortunatelly I already did my observation on another teacher class so I follow their trick to manage the students. When I ask question, usually the class become crowded because all the students want to answer my question. So based on that experience, I never ask question before choose 1 students to answer it. I have their list name and I choose randomly 1 students to answer, so that the class is less crowded than before.

SUMMARY AND SUGGESTIONS

Purposes of Practicum
The purpose of practicum is to give chance to student teacher to get experience to the real teaching in school before they become the real teacher. And the purposes of the program is to produce globally competitive future teachers and to enhance more the teachers English language speaking and to experience different cultures and behaviors of different students from different countries.

Procedures of Practicum
Procedures of practicum was began with orientation on Teeratada Phitsanulok School that held by our coordinator of receiving university. He explain overall about this program, and tell us what to do in this program. In the actual practium, 1st week of Practicum is observation, 2nd week is become teacher assistant, 3rd week is actual teaching, and 4th week is evaluation and reflection.

Outcomes of Practicum
The student teacher got experience in teaching, also a lot of knowledge from the evaluation and reflection, students teacher can know what their strength and weakness. Student teacher also can improve their English proficiency. New culture is also gained after this practicum.

The Challenges of Practicum
I had so many challenges on this practicum because it was my first time teach in the real school. Furthermore it was foreign class with foreign students in the foreign country. I was confused about everything. Teeratada Phitsanulok School is an international school where the students are very discipline. On my first day, I even confused where to put my shoes, because everything in this school has a name, and you can't put your thing in any place.

Overall Impression

Joining this program was one of the best choice I ever made. I got a lot of knowledge, friends and experience that I can't get from others. Studying in the best school in the Phitsanulok, got advice and lead by the teachers, know their habbit, joining their activity, and teach the students was very wonderfull. I finally can understand how international goes, and what method they use so they can produce the best students.

Suggestions for Future Improvement
I think held this program once a year is better than do it twice. Because do it twice a year is too fast for the receiving school. They need time to prepare for everything.
Providing buddy for student teacher seems to be the most important part. Because students teacher is need someone to guide them for everything.
